Review by Chris Kuborn, Beyond the Barrier, 2026-07-16.This week’s program celebrates the latest two recordings from Paul Haslinger and Christian Wittman. One titled Borges and the other Mallarmé. Both explore the sonic representation of the writers poetry and do a fabulous job of wrapping us in a musical world of their thoughts. Experimental, familiar, comforting and disturbing as you listen through the recordings. Both out on their new label “NOION MUSIC”. An interesting and worhtwhile journey indeed – I’m looking forward to what comes in the future from this collaboration and label!
